A slow leap…
I’ve had friends & supporters reason with me. Cajole me. Even tell me to wake up & smell the coffee. My self-talk kept saying – yeah, but I’ve got too many other things pressing. The quarterly newsletter (sent only twice last year), more time at my desk - on the phone, shipping documents, details, decisions, & even less time for trips to Guatemala - all proved my point. Okay. Okay…I get it now. It’s time to leap into this world of social media. The website (www.vineinternational.org) is improved & finally updated. This blog is set up to feed Facebook & Twitter accounts that have laid idle for a year. There are plans for e-news & more media in the works. A couple of caveat’s though. I’m going to promise myself…& you…there won’t be a barrage of emails you dread filling your mailbox. There won’t be postings telling you what a wonderful evening it is sitting on my deck – or about my most recent doctor’s appointment. My hope is to simply keep you better informed with Vine’s Pipeline as it grows beyond what we imagined. Oh…& that last caveat. This leap may go slowly….so bear with me….
